What is Empty Bowls? Empty Bowls is an international project to fight hunger. Each bowl is personalized by individual artists and art organizations on a community level.

Why are we doing Empty Bowls? MISD Art Department is uniting on common ground to participate in empty bowls as a community outreach event. The purpose of this event is to join forces as a department and live compassionately to raise funds to benefit Mansfield Cares. Mansfield Cares is a local mission who services basic needs of all MISD students.

When is Empty Bowls? Tuesday, November 27th in the MISD Center for Performing Arts.

Where do I deliver bowls? MISD Center for Performing Arts

How can I participate in Empty Bowls? Make bowls, volunteer at our event, go to event and buy bowls and get sponsors.

What if I have connection, can I help get sponsors? Sure! we would love your help. Contact Dr. Roe or Evanne Nasypany for additional information.

How do I promote Empty Bowls? A great way to promote is through your social media outlets. Get the word out about the event. The more bowls purchased at the event the better!
